Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

In original packaging with all tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Not damaged or altered in any way

How to Return

Receive your return authorization and shipping label
Pack your item securely in its original packaging
Attach the provided shipping label
Drop off at your nearest shipping location

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for different sizes or colors. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
